Read that as a case study in rumors, not as a permanent price. The clarification says consumer rates were not the ones in the viral document. It does not freeze prices for the rest of time. The next real change should be read from the ministry, not from this paragraph.
Shafaq also reported gasoline shortages in Baghdad and several other provinces around that period, with the minister saying shipments were expected. Shortages and price changes are different problems. A queue can hurt you when the official price has not moved. If you are planning a long trip, local availability is part of the plan. What it means for the car you own
A large gasoline Land Cruiser, Patrol, or American SUV uses more fuel per trip than a small sedan or a hybrid. You do not need a laboratory figure to know the direction.
